I am thinking of you today, even more than others. As far as the bureaucracy of medical professionals, it seems to me as if those protocols and procedures put in place to 'protect' our rights and privacy and health often leave us isolated and those who would extend humanity instead of a prescription pad are bound and gagged by the 'system'.
I understand.
And I am glad you vented, Hailie. Get angry and fight for what is yours, and when you don't feel like fighting: don't.
Married in December of 2007, we eloped to our backyard on horseback, after meeting 14 months prior and have never looked back!
Kaleb was born on March 10, 2009 at 12:03 a.m. He was 20 inches long and weighed in at 7lbs 10oz. The pregnancy was amazing, the delivery a little less than... emergency c-section. But we're all here and a whole new family!
We live on our 12 acre parcel of land in the RM of Rockwood, Manitoba with our two (male) dogs and two (male) horses. This annoying little theme of our homestead leaves me in the very fortunate position of being surrounded by very wonderful (!male!) examples of varied species.
Patrick and I both are bitten by the entrepreneurial bug and run our own businesses.
Hailie, Patrick and Kaleb,

Much love today, especially!
What a beautiful little warrior!
